They are also certified to facilitate the signature TypeCoach Influence Course, which is a program designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations improve communication and work more effectively together. As an accredited program through the ICF (International Coaching Federation, coachingfederation.org), graduates of this program learn valuable coaching and facilitation skills. They also earn 21 ICF CCE (Continuing Coach Education) hours, which includes 12 hours for Core Competencies and 9 hours for Resource Development effective February 1, 2021.
